Lo expuesto en este trabajo sintetiza algunos de los avances de la historia de Casa de Moneda de México entre 1810 y 1823. Los primeros resultados señalan que esta institución, si bien contrajo sus actividades en este período, mostró, aun, su vitalidad a pesar de los límites establecidos por el estado de guerra. La ruptura de la relación colonial en 1821 y la reorganización administrativa de la Casa y de las rentas de la nueva nación provocó en los años siguientes efectos mucho más desbastadores sobre Casa de Moneda que la misma guerra de independencia.Downloads
